I am free.

Today, I ended it...and the first thing I did, when I quit, was breathe out. Long, slow and luxuriously. That was the breath I'd been holding for the last two years. I ended my relationship with CCTV and I can breathe again.

Look out world, because here it begins. I am learning to love myself, and I am going to take you by storm.
